Listo ("the app") is an internal workforce tool provided by Cashaw Management Inc ("we", "us", "the Company") to our own cleaning and maintenance staff ("team members"). It is used to clock in and out of shifts, view assigned properties and cleaning checklists, and share location with the Company while a team member is on the clock. The app is distributed only to our team members and is not intended for the general public.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not track your location when you are off the clock.
The first time you clock in, the app shows a location notice and records your agreement. Tracking runs only during your shift and turns itself off at clock out. You can ask us for a copy of your recorded history, and you can withdraw your consent at any time from inside the app. If you withdraw consent, location stops being recorded and you will not be able to clock in until you agree again.
We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.
Shift and location records are kept as ordinary business records for scheduling, payroll, and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your personal records after your employment or engagement with the Company ends, subject to any records we are required to retain by law.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our cloud service providers. Access is limited to Company managers and staff who need it to run operations.
The app is a workplace tool for our team members and is not directed to children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
